Electric coffee grinder (or equivalent blender)

Ingredients
Isomalt. If you don't know where to find it in Amsterdam, check my tips 😉
Process
Blend the isomalt with an electric coffee grinder (or equivalent blender).
Filter through a sieve to obtain a fine powder.
Distribute the isomalt powder on your favorite mold. Don't be afraid of removing the excess that you might have on top. It's actually fine to keep it to ensure that the isomalt fills the mold properly when melting.
Bake at 180℃ until powder has melted. This should require 5-10 minutes depending on the mold.
Take out from from the oven and let it rest before removing from the mold.
